Balance and Stability Workshop with Laylah

February 18, 1-3pm; $25

This workshop provides easy exercises to improve your body’s balance. There will be standing and sitting exercises and a stability ball will be utilized for a portion of the class. Some stability balls will be available; however you are welcome to bring your own. Wear comfortable clothing including non-slip foot attire such as bare feet or non-street shoes.
